Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Return Policy

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to make a product exchange for a new and unopened regular product that is returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. (For reservation and international orders).

All regular and unopened priced products can be exchanged for receipts/invoices or mail order invoice packaging.

All products can be exchanged only once.

Products sold can be returned, but we will gladly exchange the product with another product of the same or greater value.

All original shipping and/or handling charges are non -refundable. This product must be returned in brand new original via the sender’s preferred shipping mode. We recommend that you use a reliable courier service with a parcel tracking service to avoid damage. We regret to inform you that products sold online cannot be exchanged in stores at this time.

Please allow one (1) to three (3) weeks from the day you return the product for your request to be processed. You will be contacted as soon as your return is complete.

In the rare event that your product is missing from your order, please report it to Customer Service on the day of delivery and we will be happy to assist.

The Skin & Co reserves the right to make a final decision if the returned product is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above conditions are not met.

We will email you as soon as we receive and process the package to let you know that the package has arrived safely in our hands.

If you have any questions about our return policy, please contact Customer Service at support@theskinco.my or call +6 (03)- 6145 0133 (Monday-Friday 10.00 am- 01.00 pm and 3.00 pm- 5.00 pm excluding Public Holidays) . Please provide contact details, your invoice number and reason for return.

Note:- Sales of goods and items purchased using discount codes are final, non-refundable, non-refundable non-exchangeable.

Exchange Policy

How to exchange your goods?
Please send an email to (support@theskinco.my) with your order invoice and provide photographic proof of damage or incorrect items received. The need for refund / exchange is determined on a case -by -case basis. Alternatively, you can contact us via Message Us on the The Skin & Co website, Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holidays) from 10 am- 5 pm for assistance. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

To ensure that all the required information is accurate and complete to enable us to process the exchange smoothly. Please ensure at least twenty-one (21) working days (excluding Public Holidays) for your process change.

Damage or wrongly received good?
You can exchange your items if the items in your order are damaged or damaged after good receipt or the items you received are not items that were originally from your order. Exchange of goods is valid within 48 hours from the date the goods are received. Please note that we can only exchange items with the same value or a lower value only. Where the exchange has a higher value, you have to pay the difference of the payment amount.

When exchanging damaged or incorrectly received items we will:-
Manage to collect items from you for free
Replacement items are couriered to you free of charge

Refund Policy

You can request a refund within three (3) working days after receiving your order via email (support@theskinco.my) with the invoice details of your order and provide photos as proof of damaged goods or incorrect goods received.

Relevant to arranging refunds/exchanges will be determined on a case -by -case basis. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service at +6 (03)- 6145 0133, Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holidays) from 10am- 5pm for assistance. Subject to availability.

Please ensure that all required information is accurate and complete to enable us to process refunds smoothly.

Please ensure at least twenty-one (21) working days (excluding Public Holidays) to process your refund.

The Skin & Co Online Store was established to take instant orders online via Credit Card (MasterCard ™, Visa ™) and Financial Process Xchange (FPX) at this time. This transaction will appear on your bank statement as payment to YATIE SKIN LAB – purchase for The Skin & Co.

Financial Process Xchange (FPX) supports Internet Explorer Version 7 and above as well as the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari.
